The xITee company, provider of specialized IT services for leading financial institutions located mostly in western Europe, selected ADWISE for the project of management system which was to be designed and implemented with the accordance to international standards.

Due to the focus and scope of required standards of the IT services management (ISO/IEC 20000-1), information safety (ISO/IEC 27001) and quality (ISO 9001:2008) a new approach leading to creation of the integrated management system was applied. By these means several improvements were achieved as administrative agenda simplification and integration of documentation and IT tools. All the actions were implemented with regard to primary task which is to continuously improve xITee products and services as well as to boost company operational and managerial efficiency through a system of measurable objectives.

The implementation phase was finished by a successful certification in all three areas without any nonconformance. We find this a confirmation of our methodology and fitting approach.
